Molly is the Chief Operating Officer of I Love Juice Bar. Born and raised in Alabama and living in Nashville for the last 8 years, her roots are in the South and her heart in hospitality. Molly earned her restaurant chops in the kitchen and has worked every possible position in a restaurant for the last 20 years leading her to be an operational expert and profitability ninja.
Molly calls 12 South her home and she shares it with a sweet and rambunctious son and two dogs. On any given day, you will find Molly crunching numbers, teaching owners and driving costs down. Molly loves remodeling, interior design and brunch.
Dee is the VP of I Love Juice Bar’s Operations team! Born in Tennessee, and raised in Arizona, Dee found her way back to the South in 2011 and started at I Love Juice Bar in 2015. She lives in Nashville with her husband, two kids, and two golden retrievers, Kenny Rogers and Gravy Bones…one a little bit country and the other a little bit rock-n-roll!
Dee puts her energy into projects that enhance the in-store experience, so you will likely see her working on programs to build sales and guest loyalty, managing projects to help control expenses, and connecting with owners to share best practices.
She loves golden retrievers, mason jars, photography, interior design and anything with sequins. Dee spends her free time cooking for friends, color coding files, drinking good wine and vacationing with family.
Katie is a dorky Pacific Northwest Native that made her way out to Nashville in 2009. She has worked for Juice Bar since the first location opened in 2013 and it was love at first juice! She is passionate about serving the community and sharing her love for the culture and lifestyle Juice Bar promotes: health, balance and happiness! She spends all the free time she can connecting to nature, and is always down to get a Juice Bar dance party started!
Michelle moved to Nashville in Spring 2015 looking for new opportunities and adventure. She has worked in the hospitality industry for almost 10 years, and moved into training because she loves the learning process and seeing that “ah-ha” moment when it clicks! She strives to maintain a healthy lifestyle for her and her family by staying active and eating healthy. In her free time, she likes to rock climb, hike, and ride bikes with her daughter, Ava.
Ali moved to Nashville from small-town Ohio in 2012 with a marketing degree to pursue a career in, what else, music! She briefly worked in the music industry world and eventually moved on to a marketing position for Tractor Supply Co. Quickly finding herself content but not satisfied, she aspired for something that made her happy every day - Juice Bar! When she's not spreading Juice Bar love, you can find her exercising to some 90's country.
Sommer was raised a southern belle from North Alabama and moved to Franklin, TN in 2016 after falling in love with the rolling hills and genteel culture found just on the outskirts of Music City. Sommer brings a wide range of sales and owner support to Juice Bar and it is her dynamic energy, spunky wit and passion for others that keeps our brand growing strong.
When she isn’t working, you can find Sommer watching her son at the ball field, enjoying live music from a local venue, or simply drinking coffee on her front porch watching the neighborhood kids play. She enjoys Orange You Glad juice and you'll be glad you work with her in the beginning stages of your Juice Bar!
Kathy joined Juice Bar in 2015 to build an infrastructure from an HR/Organizational Development perspective. She loves spending time with family and interests include cooking, traveling, gardening, holistic health, and Disney. She is semi-addicted to looking for odd life-hacks.
