Mollie joined the I Love Juice Bar team as CEO in February 2019. In addition to a passion for service and creating unforgettable experiences for guests, Mollie brings a rich track record in the restaurant space.
In 2006, she opened the fine dining restaurant, Five Senses, in Murfreesboro. Six years, a catering company, and a pizzeria later, Mollie left the restaurant to pursue new growth. She took a position at Whole Foods Market in Nashville, moving up quickly to oversee a four-state region in the Southwest.
Missing her home state (and the Tennessee Vols!), Mollie returned a few years ago to work at Fresh Hospitality as Operating Partner of Fresh Advising. While she is often asked to consult restaurants about challenges they face, her favorite role is diving deep with owners and staff to establish healthy systems and set a course for growth. Mollie is currently the CEO of Vui’s Kitchen, also founded by John and Vui Hunt.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Mollie watching her Tennessee Vols play almost any sport, exploring east Nashville, playing tennis with her partner Laura, or indulging in Nashville’s thriving restaurant scene.
